Default second hand motorcycle - unfair seller

Hello.
I have bought second hand motorcycle on 16/09/08 from "PROJECT BIKES LTD, Great Northern Rd; Eastwood; NG16 3PD". This bike was sold with 2 months warranty. There is minor problem with the bike as the engine is cutting off above 40 miles/h and some small problems. The company collected my bike 2 weeks ago and since this time I found their service terrible. They did not call me back and all they are saying is "we are working on it" and "that a bike was in good condition when it was sold". They saying "we are doing you a favour that we are working on it".
I have got an impression that they are taking an advance that I am a novice and they are just waiting when the warranty will be over. The warranty is just a written sentence on a sale bill "sold with 2 months warranty".
Could you tell me what can I do to get a bike in working condition or money back please?
Kind Regards
Jarek
