To be honest I think I've been more than fair where this fella is concerned.
Anyhow, I've submitted my claim via MCOL and it was issued on Tuesday, lets see if he now responds or not.

He certainly did.
The claim was issued on the 14th and the cheque issued just over a week later. I'm glad its finally over, well almost anyhow.
