Default Issued claim - Breach of Contract

I have issued a claim against a dealership for breach of contract as I was advised to do by a few solicitors when I called up about this issue a while ago.

Although a separate issue maybe that the agreement was verbal etc that is not why I am posting.

The claim was issued today with Particulars to follow; I have begun to draw up the particulars but wondered if anyone had the experience to look over them and give an opinion if they are clear and concise enough for me to send them off.

I didn't want to attach them to the post, so if anyone is willing to take a look at them please private message me and I will send them over.

Once I have completed them I am willing to put them up for reference to anyone else that may require something similar.

Thank you.

Well I have had to send the Particulars off as I have created them so I will just have to wait and see what reply if any I receive from the Defendant.

Give us an outline of the grievance and you might get some advice, this a public forum after all.
sometimes you might not like the advice get though, but it is usually honest and unbiased.
give it a try. would show if you are on the right track, many with legal experience on here.

It wasn't advise I was after I have already received that from people, it was for someone to look over particulars of claim and see if they made sense.

Alas I had to issue and as you must no doubt be aware the court system waits for no one and I had to file the particulars.

Now we just have to wait and see if I recieve a reply.
