Bad repair job [body repair]

Hello all, I'm after a bit of advice.

In November, I had my car resprayed, as the rear arches were rusty, they took the rust out and put new metal in.etc

Anyway, There is now a bubble of water underneath the paintwork on one of the rear arches, and there is a clear sign of rusty colouration to the arch lips [under the vehicle].

The body repair garage didn't give me a receipt, but I am most annoyed, it should have lasted for a good few years, not 2 months.

What are my rights here, as I'm afraid that they will turn around and say that there is no warranty, or worse, that they never worked on the car.

Have you approached the garage and voiced your concerns? That would be the first step and see what their response is.

No not yet, I am going to head up there tomorrow, just trying to get an angle of defence in order.
