Anyway sensible head on now.
Did they give you a print out of the diagnostics. If not it still might be "saved" on the diagnostic equipment, ask for it, scan it, and post it or pm it back to me and I'll have a look.
How was the second opinion decision reached, more diagnostics or something else, was this at another Peugeot Dealer?
It's a guess, but i wouldn't expect the Peugoet diagnostic equipment to give erroneous results, interpretation of the results, now that's a different matter!!

Joking apart, if they got your £70.00 and they don't deserve it, I might be able to help you get it back. I can pick holes in their diagnosis which will help you with your side of the argument.
I don't like to see people ripped off, Customers or Garages.
