 IVA Problems
Hi all,
Need a little advice about my IVA which went through and completed around a year and a half ago. I've just received my credit file and found that all of the creditors involved in the IVA are still on my credit file, this I expected, however, each of them still show an outstanding amount under their entry. Should this be the case? In theory that amount will never be taken off unless I contact them to ask them to remove it and the default will be fairly perpetual.
MY question is, are there any template letters for this kind of thing anywhere? I had a quick search through the cag library and googled for a bit but couldn't find anything,
