The debtor has not right of assignment unless it is contained in the original agreement and it would be very unusual for it to be there. Whilst I'm sure that this isn't your intention such a path, if it were possible, would amount to debt avoidance and isn't something that we would condone here.

I think the Official Receiver would be concerned about this baltant attempt to avoid debt and overturn the transaction anyway.
