Default Mis-sold IVA
Posting on behalf of the parents who were mis-sold an IVA.
They're looking to claim the money back. The IVA is with IDS.
They've been contacted by the IVA council who are so far sounding dodgy, does anyone know if they're legit?

If you need more details please ask as unsure what to do next.

The IVA council ARE Dodgy. Don't go anywhere near them.

Have a search on The register of Insolvency Practitioners and find out who their licensing body are:

I will happily post more information, but can you give me a clue as to what you need? I was unsure what to ask as I don't fully understand the situation and my dad didn't really know what to tell me

I searched "IDS" and found a blank, please get me the name of the practitioner if possible, I'm guessing it is not Ian Duncan-Smith.

The IVA council are Ambulance chasers so avoid.

Why do you think the IVA was mis-sold?
