Default claims in bankruptcy
we have had a statement from my wifes trustee in bankruptcy and in the claims section of the statement it says claims received £26703 claims awaited £15297 my query is how long can he wait for these claims what are awaited the the bankruptcy order was made in march 2005 the money to pay this bankruptcy will be in place in 6 weeks time the trustee was made aware of these debts at the time of bankruptcy but it seems they have not proved the debts at this time

Eventually the trustee will advertise a potential distribution to creditors. At that point they *will* prove their debts!
