Read it carefully and also read as much of the forum material as you can manage before you start claiming your bank charges refund. We are hoping there will be a negotiation but we may need to pay for legal help. Please help us if we have helped you. Click on this message to donate I am in: north east Posts: 30	FIRST DIRECT I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH FIRST DIRECT BUT CLOSED IT APPROX 3 YEARS AGO. CAN I STILL CLAIM ANY CHARGES ALTHOUGH THE ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED.ALSO CAN I CLAIM BACK 6 YEARS FROM THE ACCOUNT CLOSING 2003 OR FROM TODAYS DATE?
