Enforceing an employment tribunal win against a limited company

I recently was awarded in excess of £20k at employment tribunal after being made redundant with immediate effect early this year. The limited company made everyone redundant but has no assets left and the director's have no interest in liquidating the company (as it will cost them money).
This has meant that I have only just received a payout of the statutory minimum redundancy from the insolvency service.
I cannot claim any lieu money,holiday monies etc as the company is still active at Companies House.
Can I issue a claim against any individual directors in a County Court or is my award not worth the paper it is written on.
Or am I in the farcical situation of having to pay to lquidate the company that made me redundant to just get the Govt minimum. Any advice would be great or my next move please.

I think in that situation you issue a statutory demand and make the company bankrupt yourself.
