Default Help with Tribuanal request

HI All, i hope you can help me with this!

I have made a claim against my previous employer and the tribunal has asked to prepare the bundle within 21 days. I was wondering what should be included, in what format and what if i miss something out... can i add any documents after this!

Your help is mostly appreciated. This is my 1st case.

thanks for your reply.

no i don't have my personell file. should i ask for it? i am claiming wrongfull dismissal. employer made me redundant when the role was still very much needed. i offered him to go part time (for less money) but still decided to go with the alternative (subcontracting out) which would cost him an extra £4K per annum.

in reality he owed me money on a personal loan i made to one of the directors so which he did not pay me back for.

can u help me?

thanks

Firstly, inform your employer you require a copy of your personnel file, and all information and notes on you , held by the company.

They may charge you a small fee for this.

The papers required for your tribunal case, should include, everthing you can obtain with regards to your redundency and outsorcing of your position.
e.g. Job advert and any relevant information relating to the outsorce.

The tribunal will be looking for the like for like job, to prove that your job is still in existance therfore your case can proceed.

Regards.

Scott.

I did most of the collation for tribunal that we are attending next week and was applauded by solicitors, but when it got into all the legal dotting of i's and crossing of t's we got a solicitor involved. Although they cost money i believe the risk is lessened with their aid. They have done all the collation and copying of documents and statement typing in the accepted way.

May be worth getting help if it be free or paid for.
