Default employment law/bonus scheme/holidays

I would be very thankful if anyone had any advice about the following.

I am leaving my job and have been told I am not entitled to the annual bonus as it is paid in april (when I've left) despite working the full year (jan-dec) which the bonus is calculated from in company profit. Does this sound correct? Seems very unfair that I've contributed the full year to the company profit only not to receive it as it is paid 4 months later for tax reasons.

I'm also working 20 days into Jan. My employer says I'm not entitled to any holiday pay as I have to work a full month before I'm entitled to any, which doesn't seem right. I have been with the company 5 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
