unison balloted for industrial action but it was a close call so they decided against it. i understands where the OP is coming from, but i've never heard of ANY company ( although keeping you waiting months ) paying you interest on your raise when you finally got it. have to admit though, it would only take just one case to win in court and then who knows...........
Remember the time when we couldnt get our charges back from banks and now look..................... .... |

| Which I doubt would ever happen, as the argument would be that the employer made a offer in the beginning and AFAIK there is no right to have a pay rise every year. I certainly wouldn't take my employer to court for around £13 in lost interest. |

I suggest you talk to your union rep if your situation is differnt to above and explore the possibility of your union negotiating the interest you feel you ahve lost on your behalf.
