Balance transfer fee Â£50

Hi all

I was just wondering if I could get the balance transfer fee refunded from Egg. I have written Data Protection Act letters to HSBC and Barclays for various charges over the years but with Egg the only fee I've ever paid is the initial £50 balance transfer fee. Can I treat this the same way as the other charges?

I'd doubt it because aren't they providing you a 'service' by transferring the balance?

Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong though.
