Right, here goes..

Sending Data Protection Act letter today regarding an account I used to hold with Egg. Since defaulted but made Full and Final Settlement a few months ago. Chasing the scores of fees which prompted the unpleasantness in the first place, many of which are late payment fees (which, given their excessive value I assume still constitute penalty charges, even though I didn't pay anything for months on end..)

Data Protection Act Letter being sent 19.05.2006 so we'll see how long it takes them to be a pain in the proverbial.. (Since the account's now closed, I can't send them my Egg statement as proof of identity, though I surely would if I could!)
