Default Egg address for court action?

Hi there,

Can anyone help with who I should name and the address for court action?

Thanks,

Same as Cahoot, I'd suggest looking at the back of your statements and/or checking their online site. If you do find them, can you post back to let others know, please?

Did anyone find out the best address to use ?

I've got 3 different addresses on the statement...
  1. 1 Waterhouse Sq. 138-142 Holburn, LONDON EC1N 2NA (Registered office)
  2. Egg Cardholder Services BH2, Christopher Martin Road, Basildon, ESSEX SS99 6TE (General Enquiries)
  3. Customer Relations Team, Egg Card, Pride Park, DERBY DE99 3GG (Complaints)
Any clues as to which to use ?

And should it be just Egg, or Egg plc, or Egg Banking plc ???
