I have just had a call at 6.15 asking if they could do case over the phone , they must be thin on the ground anyone else had this experience he threatened me with their costs. I have said I do not agree as I have taken time from work any advice...It looks like they are thin on the ground |

I feel sure that if you were able to provide a VALID reason/explanation for non attendance to the Judge, then perhaps? you may be able to get another hearing.
It's worth a try
