Received a letter today,

asking me WHY I feel THEY should refund the charges?????

Sent them the standard 14 day letter,should I reply of just proceed to the next step??

Theres a thread here OFT - Proposed Letter

According to the poster the oft says were entitled to a breakdown of their charges, perhaps it might be fun to say that you believe the charges are unlawful and that if they provide a breakdwon as per the ofts direction then if the charges reflect thier costs then you can determine if the charges are in fact lawful or not.

until such time as they provide their breakdown you are left with no alternative to presume that they are concealing the facts and that the charges are unlawful.

Or altenatively ignore it and carry on.

i have no reason to think hes wrong, only i would check myself if i was going to action it in any way.
