| Egg card - reclaiming unfair charges Egg have been kind enough (!) to send me all my statements so I'm on a mission to reclaim quite a considerable amount from them.
My question is, which template letter do I send first? Do I adapt the prelim letter or send the credit card one straight away? Do I send a schedule of charges including the 8% or not?
Many thanks |

| Re: Egg card - reclaiming unfair charges Hi, the template that you send them should be without the 8%.
You should look in the template letter section for a letter, that can be found here
It might also be of use to you to read the FAQ's |
