Default Can i go abroad with V5C/2?

I would like to ask if its possible to cross the border if i have only second part of V5C (V5C/2). Is V5C/2 valid in UE and in other european countries (for example Croatia)? I have only this part because i bought my car 5 days ago. I'm asking because i don't want to have any trouble.

It would be legal, but I strongly doubt that any non-UK authority would recognise/understand the New Keeper part of a V5 on its own.
