| Re: Unsecure mail Even if they sent it Recorded, that would only tell you what you know already, it wouldn't stop them going astray. The Passport Agency are now offering 'secure return' of documents, but this costs an extra £3. I doubt many would take them up on it (for a licence) because there's more value to original birth certificates etc |

I know its been a while since I looked in the phonebook, but I'm sure it doesn't have that information. |
