From the DVLA online taxation service questions page... Q. I have not received the tax disc. Can I use the vehicle without the tax disc displayed?
A. It is an offence to use a vehicle on a public road without displaying a valid tax disc.
Looks like you will have to pay it.

Perhaps you'd like to share the evidence of your example with us? |
