Changes on Provisional ?

I need to change my address and my date of birth on my licence so how can i do that and how much it will cost me .

You might have a problem with your DoB. Your driver dumber is based on this (and is supposedly extracted from your provisional application), in cannot be changed unless there's been an error - but due to their reliance on the DoB as a primary identifier in conjuction with Firstname/Lastname, a change will not be undertaken without verification.

Also if you have the old style paper licence,the ammended one will be replaced with the new style photo type.
