i will make no mistake
i am proper curious because i cca,d wescot about this debt but at the time i did not know about the court judgement she works full time(my sister) and tends to throw letters in the back of a draw anyway is this judgement real? since he was not trading when it was done?
they defaulted on the cca by the way

thanks for that sorry i think i misunderstood but i get it now
i will ring them or get her to tomorrow and explain the situation the judgement is dated 9th march so it was deffo after 28th feb
