Brian carter & co solicitors letters urgent

Could anyone who has received a letter from this company after the 28th february please copy them and forward them to

reason being this company seized trading at the above date and therefore any letterhead with the above name would be representing a company that no longer exists.

hi all

you know this bryan carter buisness my sister has 2 letters from them one dated 15th march 2007 and the other 9th march 2007 but also on the 9th march they took my sister court and got a judgement for £250.00 the original debt is £902.43 bryan carter and co is listed on this county court form as a place to send payments and it says

The claimant believes that the facts stated in this claim form are true and i am duly authorised by the claimant to sign this statement

signed bryan carter

the claimants name on the form is wescot credit services

any advice?????

i will make no mistake

i am proper curious because i cca,d wescot about this debt but at the time i did not know about the court judgement she works full time(my sister) and tends to throw letters in the back of a draw anyway is this judgement real? since he was not trading when it was done?

they defaulted on the cca by the way

Hi i can only repeat what i said earlier phone this number 0845 608 6565 and tell them that your sister was taken to court by them after their company stopped trading.
in my own opinion i think they are bang out of order , Northampton County Court is still handing out CCJ's on behalf of Bryan Carter & Co, so this could be more serious for Mr Carter than he thinks.
The Law Society states that Mr Carter can still persue existing fee's which were accured before the closing of his company.
If as you state Bryan Carter & Co took action against your sister after the 28th february then this would not be existing fees.

I am also very concerned about the attitude of Northampton County Court. Don't forget, this is the Court which processes almost if not all the CCJ's these DCA's set in motion. They are not interested in hearing BC&Co have ceased trading and don't believe it.

This is quite a serious issue that we, as Consumers, could push along to the detriment of BC&Co and to the advantage of a lot of people suffering at their hands.

i will ring them or get her to tomorrow and explain the situation the judgement is dated 9th march so it was deffo after 28th feb

Vampyra i have emailed Northampton County Court and made them aware of all the official bodies that are now aware of the fact that Bryan Carter & Co stopped trading on the 28th February 2007,
Perhaps others would also like to email to make them aware that it's not just an isolated incident.

Just read on another forum where B C and Co have issued court papers for part of a debt so they are still operating.

On the 10th MAY my postal order was received and signed for (recorded delivery) and the name
DIANE CARTER.
