| Re: Diskmandave-vs-Lowell Finacial (CapOne) This is just a thought, should I be putting in a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)
to Capital One as well? Because more than 50% of the alleged outstanding debt is charges.
I'm sure I read somewhere that now they've sold the debt that they're not allowed to credit it to the sold account???
Dave.

| Re: Diskmandave-vs-Lowell Finacial (CapOne) Update: Lowell Financial are now in default of my CCA request
But whilst checking my free trial Credit Report, and I don't want to digress to much, my file is clear but there's 3 X "unverified reason" by Camelot Group PLC and the address matches that of The National Lottery head office!!! I do remember "looking" at playing the lottery online method but what on earth are they doing a credit search on me for?!
Dave.

| Re: Diskmandave-vs-Lowell Finacial (CapOne) Nothing happening, nothing recieved, slowly but surely coming upto Criminal Offence being committed... No contact from Lowell Financial, already in default.
Gotta say, the CCA (admit nothing) request is working a treat!
Will keep posted! |

| Re: Diskmandave-vs-Lowell Finacial (CapOne) Recieved what they claim to be, "a copy of the original agreement"!
Is that it?! I was expecting a copy of the agreement! With like name and address and t&c's etc.......?
Nothing at all about assignation of rights etc, just the signature box and none of the agreement itself!
Thoughts anyone please would be much appreciated.
