2. For me to contact them to tell them what copies of statements I
require??
3. No admin fee has been applied to my accountso £1 has been applied to

I'm sure some expert will come along and keep you right, but I just CCA'd someone and got advice on here - don't contact them again, they know EXACTLY what is required to be sent to you with the CCA request.

Just ignore the £1 credited to your account, it's nonsense and a lot of them do it.

Now you sit and wait...

They are fully aware that they have to comply with your request within 12 days not 30, a lot of them do it though.

They cannot enforce this debt whilst the CCA request is outstanding.

1. 12 days as already discussed
2. all of them
3. write back stating that the £1 should *Not* be used to pay towards the debt in ANY circumstances, it is a statutory fee payable under the consumer credit act. This is relevant on two counts.

1) it could be viewed as an "admission" of the debt
2) if you've not made a payment for a while, the payment would start time running afresh with regards to a potential limitation issue.

My friend has just received exactly the same garbage from Link - they are devious - point out that the fee must not be used to offset the debt. They are in clear breach of the Consumer Credit Act - report them to TS and dont worry.
