You say you sent your CCA request on 1st Oct, when did Lowells respond to this, and what did they send? |

Anyway still explain what Lowells sent you, and how long it took them.
Sorry Sve, I can't help with the Subject Access Request suitable for DCAs, but wondering why you want to send it to a DCA. | |

There are a few template letters amongs my thread which I had confirmation from Lowells today that the matter was closed! http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ptcy-help.html
