Default Can't find Subject Access Request template ( To send to Lowells)

Hi,

Thanks for the help from members of these forums in the past. Lowells contacted me and have taken the advise from people from this site.

I wrote to Lowell for a copy of my CCA which they have now sent to me, however I now want to see my Subject Access Request as the debt is for £403 and i'm sure my 'limit' on the capital one card was £200. I have not ackonowledged this debt with them as yet. Does anyone know where I can find a template suitable for me?

The CCA was signed Oct 01.

Kerry

Hi, send the S.A.R. to Cap 1 not Lowells. You can find a letter here.

Creditors and DCAs - Letter Templates & Budget Planner

You say you sent your CCA request on 1st Oct, when did Lowells respond to this, and what did they send?

Hiya,
I was about to post the same request!
Can somebody please put a template letter here for Subject Access Request to DCAs as the one in the template library is very bank-oriented so to speak.

Thanks!

Sorry Kerry just noticed you said the agreement was signed Oct '01...I got confused
Anyway still explain what Lowells sent you, and how long it took them.

Sorry Sve, I can't help with the Subject Access Request suitable for DCAs, but wondering why you want to send it to a DCA.

You can use the same Subject Access Request template in the library.... just adapt it to your needs.
