What is a properly executed copy?

To save folk having to read all my earlier postings I wondered if someone could tell me what a properly executed copy of an agreement requested under the CCA 78 Act is.
The 'thing' I received was an almost illegible photo copy of my application for a credit card with my signature cut off at the bottom.

Does this constitute compliance under the CCA?

an application form can be a credit agreement if it contains all the required terms and texts.

i know of no-one (including myself) who has received anything other than an application form as a credit agreement.

they have no duty to supply a signature box but would need to show the whole agreement at court.

so they are calling your bluff as to weather it really has your signature at the bottom? and they dont have to reveal this until the court date?

And don't forget that Section 1 of the Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copy Documents) Reg's 1983 states that it has to be clearly legible as well as a lot of other things that are laid down as prescribed regulations...
