Hi what would they charge you? to be honest it depends what you want but they do not appear very authorative and if you look them up on Debt Questions. Information regarding debt issues you will see mixed reviews but mostly negative

| Re: Direct Collections Ltd - does anybody know them? If this guy is not worried about court baliffs he probably wont be bothered by a DCA, so why waist your money. why dont you call the court for advice and maybe go for a charging order on his property. Or maybe ask a solicitor who specialises in debt collection to write to him threatening a charging order. You will need to contact the land registry first to check that he owns the property. You would be better off talking to a solicitor, they will be more honest with you as to what powers you have and your chances of getting your money |
