Default Credit Solutions

Wonder if anyone has any advice they can give me, i recenlty filed a claim against Barclaycard through MCOL i have had all the acknowledgements back etc, today i have recieved a note from the courts that Barclays are defending and with all the details of there defence the usual jargon etc, i have a form to fill out send back to the courts along with yet another £100 to update the details of my claim etc.....in the meantime the money i owed to Barclaycard has been forwarded on to a debt collectors 'Credit Solutions' in speaking with them some weeks ago i informed them of the situation and they said it was fine as long as i forwarded them a copy of the orginal documentation from the courts etc which i did, i have today now recieved a letter from them stating that there client is not prepared to wait for there money and i have to start making payments, but surely why a dispute is in place they cannot make me make payments on this, i have also advise 'Credit Solutions' that once this has been to court they will find that i no longer owe money to Barclaycard, any help or advise on this letter would be great.

Many Thanks

CSL are a nightmare they seem to pop up from nowhere. I dealt with them for all of about two minutes with regards to an Egg account before i told them to get stuffed.

You are now filing through the courts there is nothing Credit Solutions can do apart from sit back and wait. Make sure the courts know that Barclays are still instructing Credit Solutions to pursue this debt even though you have put it in dispute and that it is now in court
