they have sent me copy of aggreement and asked me to pay balance of just over £500 within 7 days.this account is for black horse,who have been issued with a Subject Access Request,but not returned anything as yet.there is roughly £740 in charges.
question is,do i still pay mackenzie if im in dispute

write back to them and tell them that the account is in dispute with the original creditor and as such no further action will be taken untill t's resolved.

Here's a letter I use:

ACCOUNT IN DISPUTE

Dear Sir/Madam

Re: Account Number: XXXXXX



I would like to inform you that the balance of this account is in dispute with the original creditor.
Therefore I consider this account to be in dispute and no further action shall be taken until this matter is resolved


I look forward to hearing from you in writing.

yeah thats the letter i would send them, the more you read on this forum the more youll understand its better to be quick and to the point with these guys, they dont like it but hey thats their problem.
