| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Well I tried a S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to Lloyds all I got was a pile of statements for 1 account and they were incomplete ( I asked for info on 6 accounts).
So I thought why not give em a ring see what they say. Well I got through to some young guy , who couldnt have worked there very long, because he was very helpful. Even said that that was bad of lloyds because they were breaking the Data Prevention act (phone call recorded by the way).
Any way he said we are not supposed to give out this address but write to them as they deal with the Subject Access Request requests
So I never told you this but DATA S.A.R. Team DFAR/Service Recovery Lloyds TSB Drop Zone C57 Charlton Place Charlton Road Andover Hants SP10 1RE
This is where any request for a Subject Access Request ends up. |

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Update: I've had a standard threatogram from some mob called 'Apex Credit Management' (formerly BCW which rings some bells).
I've fired off the 'I'm bemused' letter by email - I'm not wasting a stamp and copied it to my CAG email address for proof that I sent it.
Let's see what happens.
Regards to all.

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Update: I've had yet another messages left on my 'phone asking me to called somebody called 'Amcourt' (?) - 'due to the status of my account' (should be owing to but I wouldn't expect these illiterates to know that). This is the message with personal details deleted: humyo.com - Call from Apex.WAV
This is, I would imagine, the in-house Solicitors for Apex. Obviously I won't ring them, but I wonder if anyone else has had any dealings with this lot.
Regards.
Fred

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Could be this lot:
Amcort Ltd
Field house
McMichael's Way
Hurst Green, Etchingham
East Sussex
Their profile is 'Business Support Services' - a euphemism for bottom feeding debt collectors?

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Thanks Elsinore, I did ring the number provided last night (used 141 first) but got Apex, so I wondered if it was an in-house mob.
I like to know my enemy.
Cheers.

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Well I had an identical message today from Apex. So my failure to return their call has determined their next course of action, namely to send me a message telling me that "failure to return our call will determine our next course of action." Round and round we go.

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? I don't know how significant this is, if at all, but on the top left hand corner of the second page of my "agreement" are the words "Lloyds TSB Credit Card Conditions - Bank Copy". Does this mean that this is their copy of the Ts & Cs and not the one sent to the customer? http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/c...plication2.jpg

| Re: Lloyds Tsb - Will They Play Silly Buggers? Also on this, the first paragraph states "Information for Lloyds TSB Credit Card Customers who have existing Special Balances and are converting to Asset Gold". Not me - this was the first credit card I had with Lloyds.
I ought to read these things more carefully. Clearly this document does not relate to the application form that I signed.
