Got behind with Payments on store card with John Lewis,

Wrote and made an offer of £20 per month ( Balance is £1200).
Letter recived today asking for the following.

3 pay slips
Proof of Loan (car)
Proof of Mortgage

Are they right to request these ?

Dont have payslips cos they are with new mortgage company.
Do I send loan aggreement for car or bank statement with payment on,
Do I send Mortgage aggreement or again statement of payments.

Have to send within 7 days.

I thought £20 per month was a ok offer, they even cashed the first cheque I sent for £20.

Any Advise.

There is now way I would send them those details. I would simply do and I & E form showing the amount that I can afford.

Thanks Pam, Thats what I thought, I have already sent I & E with offer, should I just keep sending £20 payments or should I write & tell them Im not prepared to send those details.
