Question Recorded delivery

I sent a letter Recorded Delivery to a DCA, because i wanted proof of delivery, so I checked back on the Royal Mail site and put my reference no in and it says that it had been delivered, it says that if i wanted proof of signature it would cost me more money, is this proof enough.

Thanks

Im sure it should be free. Just wait 72 hours and see if they put a link up to a window where you can actually see the persons signature, time of delivery etc.

If not all this info is retained by Royal Mail and you could pay for it if you need it.

If it doesn't appear on the website in a timely fashion call the 0845 number on the back of the Rec/Del slip, get through to a live operator and if he/she still can't provide it ask for it to be retrieved and emailed to you at no extra cost, they did this for me within an hour last time I called them.

Regards, Dave.
