I have someone's details is this legal?

I received today a letter from THAMES CREDIT LTD.

They are persuing a debt for £340

In the letter was another letter which should have gone in another envelope and posted to some guy in Notts, for £11,000.

I have his agreement number his name and address and his outstanding balance. poor chap.

Should I let the guy know and then complain about this to a governing body.

I'm sure thames is in the sh1t here.

Hope so, can anyone advise on what to do, as If they are in the wrong I would like to do some busybody'ing, if you know what I mean.

Yes they have breached the DP Act. And I can't remember who it is you complain to! (Lot of help aren't I!) I think it's the Information Commissioners Office, but I wll take a trawl through the site & get back to you
