Default acknowledgment of debt
hi i'm in the process of sending cca requests to a couple of dca's and havent had any correspondance in writing with any except for link financial.

this was a form they sent me asking me to fill in expenses and such to see how much we could afford to pay them. does this form count as an acknowledgment of the debt and can we still see if they have the credit agreement?

do not fill this in give them the time to adhere to you request for the cca. Then follow the instruction given on this website if they do not have the cca they might not own the debt. But this is a ploy to try and get you to acknowledge the debt or have proof that you have acknowledged the debt. If the debt is in dispute do not start with negotiation in regards to payments etc.
Just stick to you guns no information until they provide cca
