DCA Fraud Letter writing

I curently have an agreement with Payplan who pays my creditors.
Recently i had a letter from CL Finance stating that they had taken over 2 accounts from GE Money.
One of these was on Payplan and the other wasnt.
I wrote to CL Finance with my quid for a CCA request etc,
However i had no response from CL Finance over my CCA request.
Then last week i had a message from Payplan thanking me for MY letter regarding adding an additional account from CL Finance and they will adjust my figures.
I wrote immediatley to Payplan and advised them that i had not wrote any letter to them and can they send me a copy and not make any payplans re this new account.
Well now i am waiting for the letter to arrive to see if they have forged my details.
I think they are trying to pull a fast one behind my back, but have been found out

Hiya
I too have received one of these letters with a piece marked notice of assignment. CL Finance Ltd say they now own the debt. I think maybe I'll follow suit and send them CCA request. Are they a new company?

Not sure how new they are, but they seem to be taking GE Moneys accounts through Lewis Debt Recovery.
My Accounts were with Comet/Time card and Mothercare
