CCA'd Cabot and only got statements 3 months later

I read somewhere here that sometimes the court will rule in favour of the claimant if they produce all the statements but not the agreement. Our old friends in West Malling have just sent me (way past the deadline) a huge pile of statements in response to my CCA - anyone any thoughts?

I thought the judges hands were tied if there was no cca, as it says an agreement has to be properly executed - at least I hope that would be the case.

If they haven't included a copy of the original executed agreement, any
other documents mentioned in the agreement, plus a signed statement of
what payments have been made, howm many ahve been missed and, if there
is a payment plan in force, when the payments are due, then they still have
not complied with the CCA request.

As such, they have committed a criminal offence, and cannot pursue you for
the debt without a Court Order.
They are also liable on conviction to a fine of up to £5000, so they may not be in a hurry to take you to Court-especially if the debt is comparatively small.
