You MUST send this letter 'M' by recorded delivery.... Creditors and DCAs - Letter Templates & Budget Planner
You should also quote the day before you made your first (recent) payment as that is when the debt became statute barred....

| Re: Mackenzie Hall- some one help me!!! Doesn't matter - once 6 years ave passed without making a payment/acknowledging the debt, it becomes statute barred and nothing can stop that.
Now, you can continue to pay if you feel you want to - however, this is good ammunition to make them accept payments on your terms and not theirs. |
