Welcome to the site. I would do everything in writing from now on. The replies you will get on the phone will only make your blood pressure go up considerably.

| Re: Studio Cards? they will say the charges are legal but they are not if you dont have a cca.
Push them as much as you can as i am
I am also sneding them F+F of the money they claim i owe once the charges are removed and my conditions are met.
