Default interim charging order

Hi
Can anyone help me...

Is it ok to serve an interim charge order on someone on a Sunday?
Might be a silly question but somethings telling me in my mind that Sunday is different to other days for things like this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Brent i've had a quick scan of this info here and can't see any reference to days but it may be a useful source anyway.

It may help someone else to offer an opinion if you can give a little more detail with regards to the company concerned and the circumstances.

Best wishes

I don't think there would be an issue providing the service was compliant with CPR 73.5

Ensure that it is served at least 21 days prior to the hearing date.
