Default Trading Standards.

A while back I heard that T.S. weren't taking individual complaints any more. There was some new service called Consumer Direct or something. I have got the impression recently that some folk have still been complaining directly to T.S. and had their complaints accepted. Is this correct?

Hello stranger

I originally contacted Consumer Director who seem to be fielding calls for TS. Basically, they only pass on the complaints which are really a TS matter, other small complaints are dealt with by them although I know from reading the boards, that peeps have still gone straight to TS and had their complaint accepted.
