| | Basic Account Customer | 1st Credit refusing monthly payment Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone can help.
My brother owes £160 for a mobile phone bill. 1st credit are now chasing on their be half. He has offered to pay £20 per month but they are refusing to agree the payment plan saying their client's (telephone company) will only accepy payment in full or they will issue court proceedings.
Anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this.
regards,
Smithy. |

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: 1st Credit refusing monthly payment Thanks for that chaps.
He has spoken to company direct and they have advised him of the same thing. Payment in full or court action. He does not have the funds to do this.
Can not pay online as when he enters his details it just kicks him out, so I would say the account is closed as it been pased to DCA.
What next? |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: 1st Credit refusing monthly payment DO NOT let him phone to make payment with a card as some DCAs are known to take whatever they want whenever they want when they have your card details
Also DO NOT let set up a DD. SO is ok as he has control but with a DD, they can take what they wish.
Good luck and best wishes. |
