Default Lowell default on credit report.
Cheeky, cheeky for some strange reason I got my credit report never bothered to before and checking it over I see that Lowell have still carried on updating there entry and its still marked as defaulted 05/2003.

I have here a letter from them saying the payment I made was full and final and account is closed.

Do I write to them to get this put right or to the CRA ?

Trust me to go straight passed the sticky's its been awhile maybe I just wanted a new thread

Anyway so as I now understand it, the default could and should be marked as satisfied.
I need to contact Lowell to correct that, and it will drop from the report in 05/2009.

Have I got that right?

should be but if you read the sticky its possible to get it removed yes it will drop in 6 years
