Default letter needed for 12 days deadline

Hi all,

I recently posted about an issue i have with an alleged debt which Triton are trying to collect on.

I sent off the CCA request with a one pound postal order and received a reply stating they had requested this from Tesco. As the 12 days are up - and I understand they now have 30 what letter should I send now? I am sure i saw on a thread on here that i could send them a default notice but can't find the follow up letters anywhere.

Can anyone help - point me in the right direction please.

Many thanks

I would continue to wait to see what they come up with, if anything. Hopefully you will get letters to say they are still trying to get it and by that time the 30 day deadline will have expired. By that time they have committed and offence and if they then pursue you for payment, that is the time to report them officially for being in breach of the Act. They may just drop it if they don't have it a an agreement or they may pass it on - you just have to be patient and play it by ear depending on their response.
