what next? cca snet no reply- default notices rec..l

Hello everybody..
I have to say im rapidly becoming addicted to this site and its helpfull memebers!!

So i sent off cca's to several companys and they didnt respond in time, now from said dca's and companys i have received default notices and further demands for payment.

What is my next course of action regarding this?

They are cheeky buggers they cant be a***d to reply to legal requests but can send out there own quite freely aggghhhh im so glad i started this battle with them!

Any help as always greatly appreciated

What stage are you at with the CCA.
Remember there are strict time limits for compliance.
First is 12 working days after receipt;
Second is a further month.

thanks for the reply, ok im after the 12 days but before the 30, the thirty would be up on the 28th..

what sort of impact does this have, cus i understand the 12 days but i dont understand the 30?

After 12 WORKING days the "debt" is in default and stays that way until the request is complied with.
If a FURTHER month passes then the DCA has committed a summary criminal offence and the matter should be referred to Trading Standards for action once the DCA continues to demand payment.
