Good for you for standing up for youself, I've been there and I know what it's like to be intimidated by DCAs. I sometimes think I should even put my 'phone number on my letters to them now I could do with a giggle just to get my own back on them

LOL, I have no such conscience, the way I see it, the more I publicise CAG, the more people will see it, so when I went to court, my folder had one of them, and if I could have a badge saying "I am a CAGger and proud of it", I would wear that too!

I think it may be of benefit to mention that we are a member of the Consumer Action group in our POCs, defences, etc.
