This morning I have recieved a Default notice (will this go on my credit file?), so I want to actually start legal proceedings against NDR and GUS. Thing is, I don't have a signed credit agreement, but I don't owe them anything either!
Please can someone point me in the right direction - i am so mad with them, so revenge is in order!!
Thanks | This looks crazy...!
Forget anything that you've been told or advised....
Can you start from scratch please...? Step by step, upto as it is to date..
Why are you starting legal proceedings before even attempting resolution steps??! Seemingly... Quote: |

Regards, Dave.. | I fear it was me that gave the advice, and the reason I gave it was that at the time, i thought OP had sent them several letters including proof of payment that they had already paid the debt, and they had issued a default subsequent to these letters, and refused to remove it in phone conversations...
Looking at the original thread, I'm not so sure that this was the case.
can you confirm, tiaposy? |
