Hi

The above have just rang my neighbour asking him If i live next door.

Bang out of order as my neighbour is wondering whats going on!!!

Can I start Cival procedings in the county court for anything.

Also got the guys name and done a search of people living in the blackburn area. It has come back as 1 person. How could I find out if this is the same guy who works there and give him a taste of what its like.

Ive got a address and phone number.

Please let me know what you think

You can't really issue a county court claim on these grounds, unless they have already been in communication with you. Have they?

In any case, you would be better off going the Financial Ombudsman route.

BTW, J2o Solutions = Mackenzie Hall. They are a tertiary debt collection company, normally collecting on accounts that have been through several debt collection agencies and are considered nearly uncollectable - for example, because they have not been admitted for over 6 years and are statute barred or they have not got the proper paperwork.

When they eventually write to you, DON'T PHONE BACK, but send them the telephone harassment letter,credit agreement request, and letter asking for their complaints procedure all on the same day.

I would so a search on the forum, to find out all about them.

I really like J2O especially Apple and Melon but really hate J2 Solutions who, in my view, don't have a place in modern society.

If their highly trained account executives or their colleagues at Mackenzie Hall start giving you any hassle hit them back where it hurts - in their wallet. Make umpteen complaints to the statutory authorities, bring in the press, hound them for all their worth.

But sadly you'd be thowing your mney away by issuing proceedings against them for just one phone call to a neighbour.
